Paddle Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty
All VELO PICKLEBALL paddles come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship, for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.

Eligibility and Proof of Purchase
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to anyone beyond the original purchaser. You must provide proof of purchase when submitting a warranty claim, such as Amazon order number, original receipts, bank or credit card statements.

Coverage
Normal wear and tear, abuse, negligence or any user modification, as well as natural fading of graphics on the paddle are not covered. Hits to objects other than a pickleball ball such as the ground, and excessive damage to the edge guard are not covered.

Miscellaneous
VELO PICKLEBALL reserves the sole right to determine if a damaged paddle qualifies for warranty coverage. If your original paddle is replaced under warranty, the new paddle will only be covered for the duration that was left on the original warranty. The warranty period does not reset.
